With the motive of providing the students who seek education, the government of Delhi initiated a new board of education in Delhi. Just like the other states have their respective State of Boards of Education, Delhi will have the DBSE i.e., Delhi Board of School Education.

A segregated school board for almost 2,700 schools in Delhi was authorized by the Delhi government on March 6, 2021.
