Set up under the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM-ICPS) by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, as a Section 8 company, IHFC has been at the forefront of translating cutting-edge research into state-of-the-art technology products and services in the field of collaborative robotics (cobotics). Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Senior Executive/Assistant Manager– Marketing to lead and execute IHFC’s corporate communications, brand visibility, and outreach initiatives. This role combines hands-on marketing operations such as vendor management, agency coordination, and event execution with strategic brand building and inter-departmental collaboration. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring a highly consistent, authentic, and credible brand identity across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate and Brand Communication: Develop and maintain high-quality communication and marketing collaterals (including corporate presentations, compendiums, flyers, and PR materials) to represent IHFC’s vision, achievements, and ecosystem capabilities in a clear, credible, and visually consistent manner. Deliver corporate presentations monthly and compendiums/flyers on a quarterly frequency.
  • Research & Content Development: Conduct deep-dive research into ecosystem trends

and qualitative project metrics to formulate high-impact articles, quarterly bulletin reports, and

strategic message frameworks for key internal and external stakeholder channels.

  • Brand Visibility and Promotion: Identify and leverage strategic opportunities to position IHFC as a high-impact innovation ecosystem builder. Strengthen external visibility and brand recall through digital presence, content dissemination, and targeted articles for distinct stakeholder groups. Regularly manage and report organizational updates in the newsletters.
  • Marketing Outreach Initiatives: Plan, implement, and scale outreach initiatives that promote brand awareness. Manage and strengthen outcomes for the outreach initiatives. Design supporting collateral such as emailers and social media graphics, and actively participate in expos and trade shows to expand IHFC's presence.
  • Event Branding & Support: Lead complete branding and communication support for events, workshops, and programs driven by different verticals. Conceptualize communication requirements, plan branding assets, and ensure timely execution.
  • In-House Design & Cost Optimization: Fulfill day-to-day graphic design and creative requests across different organizational verticals. Actively contribute to company cost optimization goals.
  • Strategic Collaboration Support: Assist the organization in enabling and strengthening strategic collaborations. Coordinate stakeholder communication and develop relevant background materials, documentation, and presentations for potential opportunities with academic institutions, industry players, government agencies, CSR partners, and ecosystem enablers.
  • Vendor and Agency Coordination: Handle day-to-day coordination with external vendors and creative/logistics agencies for marketing deliverables, digital assets, and videos, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budget guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing operations, corporate communication, event coordination, or agency execution.
  • Technical Design Capabilities: Practical, working knowledge of design and creative tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw, or Illustrator) to fulfill daily organizational creative tasks efficiently.
  • Research Communication & Reporting Skills: Strong ability to translate complex research into clear, compelling narratives. Experienced in drafting targeted articles, preparing institutional reports, and creating engaging presentations to effectively communicate research ideas and findings to diverse audiences.
  • Event & Logistics Operations: Strong track record in on-ground event execution, field marketing support, and managing end-to-end branding collateral logistics.
  • Core Competencies: Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, excellent inter-departmental coordination skills, and a process-driven mindset focused on streamlining workflows.

Position Overview

IHFC is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Manager – Technical Curriculum Development to lead the design, development, and enhancement of curricula, training programs, and learning resources in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Robotics, Industry 4.0, and emerging technologies.

The incumbent will play a key role in developing industry-relevant and future-focused learning programs for faculty development, workforce upskilling, executive education, and technology capacity-building initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with IIT Delhi faculty, industry experts, government agencies, and training partners to create impactful learning experiences that support India's technology and innovation ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development & Academic Design

  • Lead the design, development, review, and continuous improvement of curricula, training modules, laboratory exercises, projects, and assessment frameworks in AI, ML, Robotics, IoT, Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing, and related emerging technologies.
  • Develop competency-based and outcome-driven learning pathways for diverse learner groups including faculty members, engineering students, industry professionals, and government officials.
  • Create hands-on, experiential, and project-based learning content aligned with current industry practices and technological advancements.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Tech./B.E. with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or
  • Tech./M.E./MS with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in AI, Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.

Experience

  • Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, technical training, or academic program development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML, Robotics, Automation, Data Science, or related technology domains.
  • Experience in designing and delivering faculty development programs, industry training programs, or higher education curricula will be preferred.
  • Experience working with academic institutions, government projects, skilling initiatives, or technology-focused organizations is desirable.
