At Alphoenix Design Pvt. Ltd. We provide custom design and development of high-efficiency BLDC motors for different sectors like EVs, Aviation and Drones, Industrial machinery and Household appliances.
We’ve designed our motors in such a way that its manufacturing process would reduce material waste of motors by 70% and increase efficiency by 5-8%. As the epic goes, standing at the shores of great ocean, Lord Hanuman was lost in the thoughts trying to think of a way to cross the ocean. Seeing him lost in his thoughts and understanding his state of mind, Jamwant Ji, the commander of lord shri Ram’s army, reminded Hanuman of his childhood where Hanuman had leaped into the sky and had swallowed the sun. Reminded of his own ability and powers, Hanuman ji leaped across the ocean and reached Lanka and the rest is history.
Inspired by the character of Jamwant, who was instrumental in reminding the God of his own powers, Jamwant ventures LLP was incepted. BotLab Dynamics is steadfastly advancing in the realm of drone technology and pioneering the automation of intelligent unmanned aerial vehicles in India. Our focus is on swarm technology which enables many drones to fly autonomously and simultaneously to achieve the assigned tasks and create formations in the sky. Being a research oriented start-up and having spent above seven years in R & D for UAV applications, BotLab has built all the solutions in-house to ensure flexibility and precision while deploying solutions.
BotLab is a pioneer in India for the drone light show vertical. We launched this vertical by setting the record of hosting India’s largest drone light show with 1,000 drones at Rashtrapati Bhawan on 29th January 2022 for the Beating Retreat ceremony. This made India the fourth nation in the world to host a drone show of this scale. Within the span of six months from our launch, we achieved more milestones– hosting India’s first QR Code in the sky in Mumbai on 17th May 2022, and then moving beyond the borders to host Africa’s largest drone light show on 26th June 2022. Our mission to be in the Entertainment industry is to eventually replace all the fireworks with drone-light-shows.

Indian Institute of Technology – Roorkee is among the foremost of institutes of national importance in higher technological education and in engineering, basic and applied research. The Institute had celebrated its Sesquicentennial in October 1996 and now completed more than 175 years of its existence. The Indian Institute of Technology Mandi is one among the eighth newer second generation of IITs. IIT Mandi is a research university now located in Kamand Valley, Mandi city in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh.
IIT Mandi’s campus (about 14 km from Mandi) is on the left bank of the Uhl River at Kamand and Salgi villages. There is great variation in the climatic conditions of Himachal due to extreme variation in elevation. The climate varies from hot and sub-humid tropical in the southern tracts to cold, alpine and glacial in the northern and eastern mountain ranges with more elevation.
Mandi has an average elevation of 1044 meters (3425 feet) and is situated on the banks of Beas. Mandi town falls in the lower most climatic zone of the Himalayas. These regions enjoys a wet-sub temperate climate of the foot hills (450-900 meters) as against the dry-cold alpine climate with snowfall at higher altitudes (2400-4800 meters). Average annual rainfall of Mandi is 1380 mm.

The institute became an IIT under The Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 2011, with the intention to expand the reach and to enhance the quality of technical education in the country. The Act was passed in the Lok Sabha on 24 March 2011 and by the Rajya Sabha on 30 April 2012.

Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) is a society registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 with its Headquarters at Anusandhan Bhawan, 2 Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Marg, New Delhi-110 001. Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CEERI), Pilani, a constituent laboratory of CSIR, incepted in the year 1950 when Dr. Shanti Swaroop Bhatnagar, the pioneer of CSIR, approached to the the country’s famous industrialist Shri GD Birla for financial assistance for the establishment of the R&D institute dedicated to electronics research. With the farsightedness of Shri GD Birla and the efforts of the then Prime Minister Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, the foundation stone for the establishment of CSIR-CEERI National Laboratory of CSIR was laid on 21st September 1953 by Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru at Pilani. Thereafter, the Electronics Committee constituted under the chairmanship of Dr. Homi Jehangir Bhabha, keeping in mind the industrial requirements of the country, started developing CEERI as a premier research institute for research and development in the field of electronics. This National Research Laboratory was established to give impetus to research and development of electronics in the country and to make the country self-reliant by providing support to the industries of the country.
