Dr. Mallick leads pioneering research in the development of flexible and stretchable sensor platforms that seamlessly interface with the human body. It focuses on creating lightweight, thin, and deformable sensors capable of detecting mechanical and physiological stimuli with high sensitivity and spatial resolution.

These innovations are central to the future of soft robotics and human–machine interaction, enabling embodied sensing for biomedical and interactive systems. The talk will highlight large-area, multi-point, multi-modal sensor systems designed for wearable applications, including soft robotic skins and tactile interfaces.

This talk is a must-attend for students, researchers, and professionals in biomedical engineering, soft robotics, and human–machine interfaces.
