UTU Academic Audit of academic audit of premier institutes

Under this offering, IHFC conducts structured academic audits in emerging technologies such as robotics, AI, and advanced digital systems. The audits ensure alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure)—and evolving industry demands. The process reviews curriculum design, teaching practices, infrastructure readiness, and student outcomes to create an ecosystem that blends innovation with real-world applications. Through expert evaluation and actionable recommendations, IHFC enables institutions to deliver future-ready, sustainable, and impactful education in emerging technologies.

Target courses: B.Tech (8 disciplines): Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Communication, Information Technology, Agricultural, and Industrial & Production Engineering

UTU Academic Audit of academic audit of premier institutes

The Academic Audit Framework is designed to strengthen engineering education by ensuring curriculum relevance, faculty excellence, infrastructure adequacy, research growth, and strong industry linkages. It aims to create a scalable model aligned with NEP 2020, Industry 4.0, and global benchmarks that can be adopted across institutions nationwide. Currently, the audit is under progress with premier institutes affiliated with Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU): College of Technology, Pantnagar (GBPUAT); Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology (BTKIT), Dwarahat; and Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Engineering & Technology (GBPIET), Pauri Garhwal. This initiative will guide institutions toward continuous improvement and future readiness.
