About ITU 2024

The Robotics for Good Youth Challenge India is a national robotics competition organized under the AI for Good Impact India initiative, collaboratively conducted by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and IHFC, the Technology Innovation Hub at IIT Delhi. Held on 17th October 2024 as a side event of WTSA-24 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, and supported by the Ministry of Communications, the challenge showcases innovative Indian teams designing robots to address pressing global issues aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a focus on disaster response. Open to individuals and teams, it also serves as the qualifying round for the AI for Good Global Summit 2025 in Geneva, enabling youth to develop solutions that save lives and aid communities.
